Our building inspections cover both the interior and exterior of the property, including structural elements, roofing, electrical systems, plumbing, moisture issues, and safety hazards. You’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-understand report with photos and recommendations.
How long does a typical inspection take?
Most standard inspections take between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger or older homes may take longer to inspect thoroughly.
When will I receive the inspection report?
We aim to deliver all reports within 24 hours of completing the inspection — often sooner. Reports are emailed in PDF format and include clear summaries, detailed findings, and photos for easy reference.
Do I need to attend the inspection?
You’re welcome to attend the inspection, but it’s not required. Many clients find it helpful to walk through the property with the inspector, ask questions, and get real-time feedback.
